What are some yummy fruits and veggies that are low in cholesterol?


Answers:

All fresh fruits and veggies are low or completely void of cholesterol(with maybe the exception of avocados). Its what their cooked in or how their cooked that gives "them" cholesterol. Steaming is best for veggies so you don't "cook the nutrients out" of them. If you have to have "butter" DO NOT use margarine. Your body can't break it down (Trans fat, Hydrogenated oils are artery blockers!) Real butter is the better alternative if you just have to have butter. Depending on how drastically you need/want to eliminate cholesterol from your diet, you get products like "Butter Buds" that contain no fats, but give you the taste.
