I've used too much italian seasoning in my tomatoe sauce. Is there anything that I can use to offset it a little?

oI assume the oregano of the Italian Seasonings is too ever powering. Hell, most run of the mill Italian restaurants do the same thing because these establishments are devoid of using fresh ingredients. Don't worry - add some red wine, water, and some tomato paste. A little sugar and some red pepper flake too. You'll be alright. Always remember - less is more!!!
