When frying steak, am I supposed to occasionally drain it?!


Question:

When frying steak, am I supposed to occasionally drain it?

I know ground beef has to be drained, but does steak?

Paul Ding - I drain the grease and blood from ground beef. I personally don't enjoy eating it.


Answers:

I prefer to keep the juices in it & put a lid on the top of the frying pan. I also like to add hot peppers, tobasco, old bay to my steak.
