I Need an easy recipe for baked lake trout for supper tonight. Can anyone help me?

You need:
1 Whole Trout, a 2kg fish will serve 4 people
2 Whole Lemons, thinly sliced
2 Small or 1 Medium Spanish (Red) Onion, peeled and thinly sliced
Olive Oil
Dry White Wine
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Method:
Ensure the gut cavity of the fish is thoroughly clean. The scales can be left on.

Oil a double thickness of aluminium foil, large enough to envelop the fish.
Sprinkle the gut cavity of the trout with salt and pepper, and add the lemon slices to the cavity.

Lay the fish flat and layer onion slices and lemon slices onto the outside, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Add approx. 2 tablespoons of white wine to the stomach cavity, and a healthy splash onto the outside of the fish, and then seal the foil.

Bake in a moderately hot oven or barbeque for approximately 30-35 minutes.
