How to cook perfect basmati rice??
Hoping you guys can give me some tips.
How do I cook perfect, light fluffy basmati rice?
I'm using white basmati rice. Lets say I'm using 1 cup of rice.
Do I wash it several times to get the starch out? How much water and how long would I cook 1 cup of white basati rice?
Will adding white vinegar in the water make the rice fluffier?
Remember the goals is for perfect, light fluffy rice :)
Any other tips or suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!

Perfect Rice: 1 part rice; 2 parts water. (Rinse it if you like.)
Bring water and rice to boil, turn fire down to low simmer, Cover tightly! Do Not Remove The Cover AT ALL. Cook twenty minutes, exactly. Done: Perfect Rice.
