how do you make meatballs?


Answers:

heres a few different ways that are easy.
bread crumbs, 1 cup for each lb. I make my own in the food processer. YOU can add italian seasoning, or salt and pepper, or nothing. you can use oatmeal inplace of bread crumbs or minute rice(I only use 1/2 cup per lb with rice)
and egg for each lb. of burger.
3 TBS of milk for each lb.
I make 5 or 6 lbs .I use a small icecream scoop to make the balls.
lay out on a cooke sheet bake until done in a 350 oven. Take the ones you don't want to use and set on a cookie sheet . Put in freezer for 1 hour. Take out and bag in freezer bags. Now you have meat balls in a hurry!
