Does anyone have a good fried rice recipe?!

Question:

Does anyone have a good fried rice recipe?

I'm looking for a quick and easy recipe without too many bits and pieces in it. I guess what I want is a base recipe that I can add things to as I have them. Thanks!!

Answers:

You can use whatever leftovers you have in your refrigerator, throw in a frying pan. Use day old rice, brown or white or both (day old rice or rice from the refrigerator works best because it absorbs the flavor of the ingredients). Drizzle shoyu (soy sauce) on rice b4 cooking. Add rice w/ shoyu to pan, fry, then make a hole in the middle & crack 1 or 2 eggs in the middle of the pan, then stir w/ a fork, then blend into other ingredients, add a little oyster sayce & black pepper at the end. Some good ingredients: yellow onions, chopped green onions, portugese sausage, Lup Cheong (chinese sweet sausage), spam, chicken, peas.
