Quick, traditional meals?!

Question:

Quick, traditional meals?

My boyfriend lives with his father and brother and none of them are traditional cooks but I have been brought up eating mostly fresh produce and traditional home cooked meals.

I like to cook for them twice a week instead of eating all the frozen, non nutricious stuff that they are used to.

So far I've made Chicken Korma, Spagetti Bolgonaise and Sausage & mash with onion gravey.

I love cooking but I have limited ideas because I don't know how to cook much else apart from roast dinner. Help? It needs to be pretty quick to make like 1 hour including preperation.

Answers:

boscaiola pasta
saute garlic and onion in fry pan (we use 5 cloves and 1 white onion diced)
Add lots of bacon and mushrooms. Add cream when bacon and mushrooms have cooked for a few mins, thickened cream that is.. simmer for 15 mins. Add a handful of cheese when sauce is simmering and hot. Boil up ur favourite pasta. Chopped spring onions to top it off. Add milk to the sauce when hot if u want more liquid.. Easy and sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo tasty. Parmesan cheese if desired :) GOOD LUCK!!!!
