What can you make with over-ripe bananas...?!

Question:

What can you make with over-ripe bananas...?

I have two left and usually, I throw them out. I was thinking, maybe I can make a cake or bread or something. I have minimal ingredients. What can I make and what are the ingredients?

Answers:

Banana Nut Bread
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cups sugar
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoons soda
2 cups flour
2 to 3 large bananas, very ripe, mashed
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
PREPARATION:
Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Sift dry ingredients together; add to creamed mixture. Stir in bananas and chopped pecans.
Pour banana nut bread batter into a well-greased loaf pan; bake at 325° for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. This banana nut bread recipe makes 1 loaf.
