How does one make a chocolate pie bar?!

Question:

How does one make a chocolate pie bar?

I want to make one some but have no idea how to do it, it has to be able to be picked up with out making a mess, any suggestions?

Answers:

if you have some mold or something that you can use as mold, use a technique similar to making bombons. clean the mold well, clean it with alcohol to remove any rest of grease.
paint the mold with melted chocolate (google for tempering chocolate) and them fill it with a solid ganache. Then once it has set paint again with chcolate to seal it. it will be like a big rectangular or whatever shape bombon/bar. a ganache is made by boiling heavy cream and once it reaches boiling point, turn flame down and put inside chopped chocolate and let it melt.
The proportions are 50-50 but to make a heavier and more solid one use 30% cream 70% choco.
Once it cools it will get like a thick paste.

Another idea is to clean a baking pan (rectangular or square shape), and grease it with butter. then pour some choco over it and let sit. put some ganache and once cool cut into bars.or you can grease it, put the ganache and cover with chocolate for better presentation.
