Perfect strawberry banana smoothie? Just like the stores: rollerz, frulatti etc.?!

Question:

Perfect strawberry banana smoothie? Just like the stores: rollerz, frulatti etc.?

Anytime I go to the mall, I always get a strawberry banana smoothie from either rollerz, or frulatti. They are just so good, but when I try to make one at home, it sucks. I put just strawberries, banana, milk, and ice, but it never turns out anywhere near as good as the store smoothies. How should I make my smoothie? I asked them and they said they use their special soy thing for the liquid, which i probably can't buy, so how should I make it? Any help would be appreciated

Fusion Boosters (ginseng, bee pollen, multivitimin, ginko biloba, lecithin, and/or soy protein)

Blend 15 to 20 seconds, use a spatula to remove the thick and creamy smoothie from the blender
