I want to make a brisket like City BBQ, but in my oven. How...?
... do I prep it and most importantly, how long do I cook it? I don't have a smoker. It has to be in a regular conventional oven in my kitchen. Thanks.

select a nice brisket day before you plan to cook put the dry rub on the meat rub it in to the meat really good, and put in the fridge wrapped in plastic cook the meat on fat side up on low temperature ( 200 or 225 F for 8 to 10 hours to be tender, but its better on the grill, you can put a shallow pan in the bottom of oven with watter to make some steam
