How would you prepare and cook these:

Lobster & Huge king prawns? It's up to you whether they are served as 1 dish or 2.

Prawns are big shrimp...not crab!


Answers:

I would just steam and serve with lemon wedges and/or butter. Serve with red potatoes or a carribean rice, and rum or vodka limeade. These fine foods are best in their purest form!
