http://www.weightlossresources.co.uk/die... I'm a sausage ask me! In fact i'm fifty seven sausages! Sardines have iron in them although its not the most prolific source of iron out there. If your looking for an iron rich source of food the best is the green leafy veg's however fresh orange is a fantastic source. Always remember if you drink tea or coffee with your meal it hinders the bodies abililty to absorb iron from food, therefore a glass of water with your food could help. I would say they probably do, yes. Meat such as beef is probably a good source of iron. If you want a vegetarian source of iron, you can try lettuce or spinach. If a Sardine had iron in it, it would sink, he he he ! i duno y dont u luk it up on google x
