Give it a go! For some ideas you could try looking at this site.

Best of all, Hormel, Armour, Tyson and other brands have packages of PRE-COOKED beef tips, roast, pot roast, pork roast, chicken, ham, meatload. Most all come with gravy. They are very good and I serve them often. Use this for your meat dish and add vegetables, rice, or potatoes and gravy. You will find these packages near the meat section, they are not frozen. If you are only cooking for yourself, you can make two or more meals out of one package and freeze them for future dinners or lunches.
Tyson's fully cooked whole chickens are delicious. I serve them often with S&W canned sweet potatoes, Stove-Top dressing, microwave chicken/turkey gravy, a vegetable, cranberry sauce, and Pillsbury Microwave Biscuits which are better than I can make. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or tots are golden brown. Mmmmm. Good stuff. cook some meant (could be any meat, beef, chicken, turkey, pork, lamb etc your choice leave it somewhere warm) or you can leave it out fr vege option fry up (in a large saucepan) 2 large carrot, 2 large leeks, 2 onions, 2 garlic cloves mushrooms, half a red pepper in oil for about 5 mins. add the cooked meat stir in 2 tablespoons of wholemeal flour, then add a whole can (400g)of chopped tomatoes, stir it in add a tin of peas or beans drained(i use chickpeas but you can use baked beans, garden peas if you used baked beans you dont need to drain) if you have used a can that has to be drained, add 400ml stock instead can be veg stock or beef, chicken, whatever goes best with what meat you added, let it simmer for 10mins, transfer it to a casserole dish and bake uncovered for 1hour on 180degrees Have you got spuds? almost the last thing in every cupboard is spud of some kind! then all you need is olive oil, some fresh veg some garlic, cheese, and some pimenton and about 25mins if like me you are a slow (read careful) cook.
1, put the oven on 200 degrees.
2, Boil up 4 large spuds to make some mash
3, chop up 2 onions a large courgette and a parsnip and make them chunky, crush 2 cloves of garlic and mix together with about 50ml olive oil, bung in the oven.
4, finely slice another onion.
5, grate a generous amount of cheese.
6, drain spuds and mash'em, add about 250ml cream (full fat milk if u don't have it) and some parsley and some grated cheese (a small handful to help it bind) and season with a little salt and pepper, and make into 4 balls. leave to stand for 2 mins.
7, Fry your remaining finely sliced onion in a little olive oil and add 1 TEASPOONFUL of pimenton (picante) this will give you a lovely smokey flavor, but it's very hot (like chili) so be careful how much you use.
8, cover your mash balls with the onion, and cover that with the cheese, remove your veg from oven and put all ingredients into an oven safe cooking dish, return to oven until the cheese has melted and turned golden brown. Creamy Chicken w/ Peppers:

Layer a casserole dish with the corn tortillas, beef mixture, then top with cheddar cheese. Bake covered with foil at 375 for 45 min (uncover for the last few minutes so cheese will brown)
