Is there a recipe for banana cake with out butter or marg?!

Question:

Is there a recipe for banana cake with out butter or marg?

Answers: You could use shortening (Crisco makes a butter-flavored product) that would work (but make sure to add 1tablespoon of water to 1 cup of shortening when you are replacing butter) or you could use apple sauce (but with applesauce, you will also add flavor and sweetness, so decrease your sugar slightly). Try using apple sauce as a replacement to butter/marg. here it is..
