I'm having my mother in law over for dinner...

Answers: Would your mother in law like some Jonestown Kool-Aid to wash the meal down with? Yes, but it was never published. So the entire thing was posted in their "blog". My local Buns and Thighs Delight has several copies in stock. I've had my mother-in-law for dinner but found the meat rather fatty. I don't think the Donner's ever compiled a book but several recipes did appear in Cannibal's Quarterly. You sicko! No - mostly because he did not cook his companions but ate them any way. There is a "packer" club in Colorado that may have a cookbook - but the recipes are for Steak and tuna Tartare and other varieties on the theme. A marinade of coagulated blood should be great for a tenderizer. Things will work out better if you make it an outdoor event, like camping/grilling...you know...less mess in the kitchen and whatnot. They didn't, but I recommend a smoker grill. It is the best way to prepare fatty meats. Yes, it's called "Cooking with Friends" and you can get it at amazon. I don't think so, but Hannible Lector might have. Try a google search.. Yeah I think they used it in the Movie Fried Green Tomatoes. I like this method for chicken,It's called ,"Beer Can Chicken."
Leave the chicken whole, place an opened can of beer inside the chicken's body cavity,as the chicken remains upright, then wrap the chicken in foil, set on the grill and close and simmer for two to three hours. It's magnificent, and could probably do wonders for your mother in law, although you might wanna try a 40 0z. bottle, depending on her weight. Ever heard of the book, "How to Serve Man"? Well that's not it, but "The Donor Party Recipe Book" is right next to it in most book stores, unless it's kosher, then they aren't shelved together.
