Pampered Chef cold veggie pizza?!

Question:

Pampered Chef cold veggie pizza?

I'm not sure what the recipe title actually is, but it is a cold pizza... It uses crescent rolls for crust and lots of veggies and garlic. I need the recipe if anyone has it. It is not the ranch one. Thanks!

I checked the Pampered Chef website and the recipe I want isn't listed. It was in one of their $1 cookbooks a number of years ago.

1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 teaspoons mayonnaise
1 clove pressed garlic
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
salt and pepper
2 cups assorted fresh vegetables, chopped (any combination, e.g. broccoli, green onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, carrots, and tomatoes)

Preheat oven to 350.
Unroll crescent rolls and place on large baking pan.
Press to seal seams.
Bake 12-15 minutes until light brown.
Cool completely.
Combine remaining ingredients EXCEPT vegetables; mix well.
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over top of crust.
Sprinkle chopped vegetables over top of crust.
Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to one day ahead.
Cut into small squares before serving.

Enjoy! This is one of my favs as well :) MMm Yes it is very YUM! Its cresent rolls. You do not break the cresent rolls you just sim,ply roll out the dough on to a sheet pan and bake for the amount o ftime that its asks you to. Then you use garlic and herb cream cheese, spread that on top of the cresent rolls when they are done baking. Make sure that they have cooled down not to room temperature but all the way almost cold. You can chop your own veggies. I normally use broccli, cauliflour, carrots, green peppers, red peppers, and mushrooms. Once you are done spreading the cream cheese sprinkle the veggies on as you please there is no particular order. When you are done spreading the veggies press down firmly to make sure that the veggies stay in place. Place in your fridge until you are ready to serve. When you are you can cut them into 2 inch squares or as small or big as you please! Enjoy! Its VERY VERY YUM!
