Here's a recipe for crawfish monica, you can substitute any kind of seafood or fish in it if you don't care for or cant get crawfish...
http://www.gatewayno.com/cuisine/recipes... I like cooking nothing. homemade pizza It is Fall.

It would have to be Chicken and Dumplings! No wait, it might even be my Jambalaya. And then again it could be my chili.

Too many, sorry. homemade lasagne or a bbq mexican fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and corn. I cook pot roast all day long in the crock pot. At the start of the roast I add Lipton beefy onion soup mix and an onion. When the roast is finished I shred the meat and put all the remains in a pot. I add onions, carrots, and potatoes, and 5pkgs of Lipton beefy onion soup mix. I add water till the mixture has one and a half inch covering. I let that boil till everything is cooked. Then I thicken it slightly with cornstarch.
I get my pre-baked pie shells, and start filling up the cooked pies with the pot roast filling. I place an uncooked pie shell on top and cook till the crust is finished.
It is an amazing comfort food. I have to be careful because I can eat a whole pie. I like to make veal marsala with prosciutto and mushrooms, I think mine is better than what I've had in restaurants.
