I'm sorry if I sound like a diva! I really appreciate you all for helping me out! Did you really have to ask this easy question.. ? Now me being a big guy and a cook..

1st. you would have to buy your boboli pizza dough or make your own crust..

2. Cook your crust by its self like making bisquits

3.. just about time the crust is done, take it out and place on your sauce and spread it around

4. add your toppings minus the cheese

5. Slide back in the oven for about 5 minutes or until sauce show you that shine and peperonies have that sizzle..

6. Take out cut into 8 slices call me over to your front door and hand me a plate and Ill be outro with my regaurds to the chef! lol Source(s):
I gets down in the kitchen Just use sauce, but no cheese. They do make a vegan pepperoni you can use, as well as vegan cheese.

But if you don't want cheese, just leave it off! Simply omit the cheese. Crust, sauce, seasonings if you like, peperoni and put in the oven. You could even do a fold over type calzon, if you will, using flattened out crescent roll dough, put what you want on it, fold over, seal edges and bake until golden brown. Anyone allergic to ricotta? What are the exact allergies?
Is it milk allergy? If not, you could make a white sauce pizza and just top with the Pepperoni. -- not sure what you are asking. You could always make a tomato-based sauce, without cheese, and top with Pepperoni. I suppose you would follow normal recipe except eliminate the cheese & maybe bake it @ slightly lower temp. to not burn the toppings. Also try a pizza stone IF you have 1. dont put on the peperoni's until about 5 minutes before your pizza is almost cooked. you can do anykind of pizza with different sauces, with and wothout cheese. good luck.
