When the hour is up, pan-sear the chicken so that both sides are golden brown. Then, transfer the chicken into a baking dish and put into the oven to finish cooking . In the same fry pan, place some oil in a pan and brown the chopped onion until it becomes caramelized and sweet. Add the marinade to the pan of onions and cook down the liquid until you have a thick reduction. When chicken is done, drizzle reduction over chicken. Source(s):
Me! Mix vinegar, honey and mustard. Add paprika and tobasco and marinade the chicken for 15 - 20 minutes. Remove from marinade and grill on both sides for 8 minutes. Serve with the salad. try grilled chicken or pan fried chicken to go with your salad.

try marinating your chicken meat with pineapple juice, salt, pepper, a finely chopped 1 clove of garlic and a dash of tabasco if you want it spicy. you could pound your chicken to make it a bit thinner if it is thick or slightly cut the chicken crisscross on top. you could also sprinkle the chicken with a little basil and pepper if you like. after an hour grill or pan fry it... you could add a little honey on the marinade and brush it on top of the meat while grilling or pan frying. Make a marinade of Balsamic Vinegar, honey, Basil, and a few dashes of Tabasco. If you have some garlic, throw that in there too. Cut the chicken into tenders and marinate overnight if you can, or at least for a few hours. Cut your potatoes into 8ths and toss with oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cut up the onions into 8ths as well and toss in oil, salt, and pepper. You'll roast these with the potatos at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes or until carmalized and tender. After the chicken has marinated, either grill it or saute it over a high heat. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve it with the potatos and that salad you've made. To drink? Take your pineapple juice and blend it with ice and some honey to sweeten for a delightful smoothie! baked chicken baked potatoes why not use the vinegar ,onions [diced]garlic, paprica,a little tabasco pan fry med.heat.u might want to pound t he breasts if they r thick. @6- 8 min. keep the juice from the pan and then cut up chicken and put on top of salad use the juice if u like. and bake the potatoes
