Answers: Not every day, probably, but I think they're good for you. If you use whole grain bread, natural peanut butter and all fruit jam, they'd be healthier than Jif on Wonder Bread . . . I actually brought one for my lunch today! Its not healthy like having a salad is healthy, but it's definitely better then a cheeseburger and fires. Use whole grain bread, no salt/sugar all natural peanut butter and no sugar fruit preserve. Its actually great source of fiber and protein! not healthy like a bannana or salad but way better than pizza or mc donalds who cares. they taste nice peanut butter is a great food as long as you are not overweight. It is high in fat and some brands have a lot of sugar.

I like bananas instead of jelly. Then I add a little sweetner like equal or splenda.
