I need actual recipes for the suggestions. I am also on a low calorie diet. As long as it is really thin (shaved thin).

Big frying pan
Olive oil

Chop up green peppers, garlic, onion
Toss in hot olive oil till tender.
Add the steak.
Heat till hot.

Get nice italian rolls...

put the cooked foods in rolls.
add cheese (your favorite)
put in oven till cheese melts and rolls are warm.

Seve with potato salad or anything you like Slam the steak 3 times and tell it to wake up.

Now your steak is fresh once again!

You can kill it rare, medium or should I say, Well Done! Make Fajitas perfect for leftover skirt steak. Either sandwiches or possibly soup. beef and broccoli yummy here it is..

Leftover London Broil Casserole - Beef - Steak Recipe

Leftover London Broil Casserole 5 to 10 slices leftover beef (not too well done) 6 to 8 baking apples 1 tbsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. brown sugar 2 tbsp. margarine 1 tbsp. allspice 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. vanilla 1 c. raisins, optional Line the bottom of a casserole dish with the slices of beef. Place pads of the margarine over the beef. Peel and cut up the apples. Place the apples over the margarine. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Bake covered in oven (non microwave) until apples are soft at (about 350 degrees). Serve with salad and baked potato. Pepper steak would be an option too:

cube steak into 1-inch pieces
cube yellow onion
cube green pepper
cube red pepper (optional)

2 cups rice (you can use brown or white rice.)

seasoning mixture:
1 C. soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger

In a skillet, put some olive oil in a pan, then add your seasoning mixture and meat...then add the onion and peppers. Fry it (no cover, or your veggies will go limp) until the veggies have softened a bit. Serve over rice. If you want a thicker sauce, you can add corn starch/water mixture to thicken it up to a gravy. I make pepper steak in my house about every week. Everyone loves it.

You can even add brocolli or celery or any other veggies too... Fajitas. Use low fat sour cream, no fat cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, etc. why not a cheese steak sub. thin slices of steak, onions mushrooms, spaghetti sauce [opt.] fry in pan when veggies are done add your favorite cheese add to a sub roll have fries on side or tater tots ect.... hope u enjoy! Cut it up and put in A salad> Don't use it for dinner. Wait until tomorrow morning where you can fry and cut up the leftover steak and make steak and egg burritios
