I need a recipe for chinese dumplings, i think they are the ones called jiao zi or potstickers...they are like the little ones you get at yum cha and stuff.

1. Ground pork or shrimp
2. Onion and garlic
3. scallions
4. raisins
5. ground black pepper
6. Rice paper
7. Soy sauce

You can actually mix the pork and thinly sliced shrimp together
first put a little bit of olive oil into a sauce pan with med/high fire. Put the finely minced garlic and onion into the heated oil and sautee them for like 2 minutes, then add the ground pork and shrimp into the mix, then you may add some soy sauce and some black pepper then lastly the finely chopped scallions and a little salt. (The raisins is optional, but if desired, it should get added the last right after turning the stove off.

Let it cool off...then start wrapping them using the rice paper.
