Add some tinned tomatoes
Add some vegetable stock

You can also add garlic and herbs to the recipe to suit your own taste. Curry/Sweet and Sour/Black Bean Sauce. I make a fantastic pork casserole with green peppers, carrots, onions and mushrooms, it is abosolutely delicious with rice. hi.. you might want to try this... this is what we do with our diced pork...

while we marinate our pork in salt and pepper... then we saute 2 tbsps. chopped garlic, 1/4 cup chopped red onions then 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes... we add the pork, dried laurel leaf, 1/2 tsp. paprika and a little bit of water then simmer until pork is tender.. we add cubed carrots, fried cubed potatos and julienned red & green pepper simmer for a minute then served hot over steamed rice... Chop up some celery, onion, leek, garlic, mushrooms (lots). Toss the meat cubes in a bag with paprika, or other herbs and spices of your choice.

Fry them up until browned and then add the veggies. Transfer the whole to a casserole if not already using, add a tin of chopped tomatoes, caraway seeds (optional) and slow cook as long as you like. There should be enough liquid like stock or water or wine to prevent the bottom from drying out. The longer the better.

Stir in creme fraiche or similar at the end and heat through and serve on a bed of rice and a green salad of your choice. bar b que
