APPLE STUFF!!

I'm going apple picking on Sunday and would like to know any recipes for yummy things I can make with them!!

Answers: APPLE AND CINNAMON ROCK CAKES!!!

The bomb!

Right, core, peel and chop 3 apples
2 handfuls of raisins
2 tsps of cinnamon

You'll need about 8 grams of flour and 4 of sugar and butter.

Mix together the sugar, cinnamon and flour (unsived), add the butter and rub the butter in with your fingertips. This should give a crumbly texture.

Add the fruit and combine.

Add milk to the dry ingredients until you get a stiff (NOT RUNNY) mixture.

Take tablespoons of the mixture and dollop them onto a greased and lined baking tray.

Bake for 20 mins or until golden brown. Check they are cooked through by stabbing one with a knife. If the knife comes out clean. they're ready.

Enjoy with milk or hot with ice-cream!
