How can i fill cupcakes?
I want to add a cremey filling but dont want to cut the top off any other ideas?
Answers: cmere, I got your creamy filling right here baby you don't have to cut it put a little of it on the top! if you have a marinade injector you can inject the filling in the middle. or make a small hole in the top of the cupcake and fill it with a pastry bag or a zip-lock bag with a small split in one of the corners. Just frost the top to hide the hole if you want. Use a frosting tip to poke into the center of the cupcake and fill with frosting.
Check out this website to see the tips I am taking about. You can buy a cheap plastic one like these in the grocery store or crafts store usually.

You can either inject the filling into the cupcake or put the filling inside before baking. If you decide to put the filling inside before baking, you'll have to fill the cupcake pan with half of the cake mixture, then filling, then cake mixture. The filling won't taste or look the same as being injected. i say break up about a halfer..... turn it into butter!.......... throw that in the batter............ and enjoy some DANKCAKES!
