lets not forget the onions.


Answers: I enjoy beef liver and onions a lot! The trick is to fry the liver quickly and no longer than necessary to get the pink out. It is so tender and tasty that way. Pork liver is another story: gritty and not so good. Chicken livers are great! OMG I adore it.
Have not had it in awhile so thanks for the idea for dinner tonight. Lambs liver is my preference Sorry, liver doesn't do it for me. ITS GRRRRRRRRRRRRRREAT

Ian i like rabbit's liver. first i marinate it in some wine, parsley and some garlic and leave it overnight. then in d morning i fry it with some garlic. so delicious I love fried liver and for sure the onions. My Mom used to fry bacon with the onions too. Good for you No one around my own age, but I so often see it on the senior's menu at restaurants. Still, it's slightly better than fried kidneys who smell and taste like hot piss.
