Is there a baking replacement for eggs?


i really dont think there is, but my stupid brother poured the mix in without checking, and now i think im just going to have to throw i out, unless of course there is a replacement.

http://www.theppk.com/veganbaking.html... oil There is a product by Ener-G called Egg Replacer. I have used it for years and it is really easy to use in baked goods when replacing eggs. I usually find it at the health food store for about $3.00 a box which lasts a very long time.

I hope that helps. :-) It sounds like you have already started it so you're looking for something that's in your kitchen already.

Here are a couple of suggestions:

1-1/2 Tablespoons vegetable or canola oil + 1-1/2 Tablespoons water + 1 teaspoon baking powder. Combine and add to the recipe to replace 1 egg.

I've also heard that in baking mixes like cakes you can use a can of soda. I haven't tried it but I have heard that works.
