http://www.theppk.com/veganbaking.html... oil There is a product by Ener-G called Egg Replacer. I have used it for years and it is really easy to use in baked goods when replacing eggs. I usually find it at the health food store for about $3.00 a box which lasts a very long time.
I hope that helps. :-) It sounds like you have already started it so you're looking for something that's in your kitchen already.
Here are a couple of suggestions:
1-1/2 Tablespoons vegetable or canola oil + 1-1/2 Tablespoons water + 1 teaspoon baking powder. Combine and add to the recipe to replace 1 egg.
I've also heard that in baking mixes like cakes you can use a can of soda. I haven't tried it but I have heard that works.
Good luck!
