Answers: It is very important that you read this. Foods are near the bottom of the screen:
http://www.chronicfatigue-help.com/five.... some fruit and whole grains with a lean protein such as cottage cheese, eggs, milk, chicken or fish, even tofu or beans. Your blood sugar will raise everytime you eat something. Carbohydrates will raise it.
Bread, fruits, pasta, rice-- include at least 3 servings of these at each meal.
I am diabetic, and these are the foods I have to eat in moderation, or MY blood sugar gets too high.
