Makes 12 to 15 pints. well theres all sorts of sauces the main ingredients are onions,peppers,tomatoe,cilantr... and maybe some lemon you can use your food procesor to chop everything together that makes a good pico de gallo Boil 2 tomatoes with 7 to 10 jalape?o peppers. After the tomatoes are cooked put them along with the jalape?os in a blender with a small piece of garlic, cilantro as desired and about 1/2 teaspoon of salt. You are all set ! tomatoes,a bunch of grn onion , white onions, cilantro, salt pepper a small pinch of sugar.Any kind of pepper, i like Tia, and Habanero... i also use italian dressing ,about one fourth of a cup.. chop and combine into tiny bite sizes.. i use achoite for color and a bit of flavor as well... that comes in a packet you can buy it at walmart.. Dont forget to add garlic, you make as much as you like, I puree half of it , only cuz I dont like chunky stuff.. then leave the other wholes, they are in bite size pieces.
