Answers: i sautee onion, mushroom, garlic and green pepper, then put them in the food processor. add this mixture and onion soup mix to the ground beef. the patties stay VERY moist and oh so tasty! A little garlic powder and minced onion; best cooked on the grill for that smoky flavor. As for toppings, the works...lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, mayo, brown mustard and ketchup. Make a flat patty. Put some feta cheese on it to about 1/2" from the edge. Put another flat patty on top. Seal it really well. Grill.
Put on a bun with some lettuce, mayo, and a thick slice of sweet onion.
Heavenly!! I add a-1 steak sauce to mine and if I can find it McCormick makes hamburger seasoning.

nfd? I use tomato paste a couple of tablespoons; onions; garlic powder; a touch of Cholula sauce (you can also use Frank's Hot Sauce; Louisiana Hot Sauce; or any other brand that is thick and flavorful) I also add a touch of finely minced peppers an egg (2 if its more than 2 pounds of meat) I normally use shredded cheese or save it for the top. They are yummy! Nana 1.I add Lipton onion soup mix

2.BBQ seasoning with chopped onion and when almost done BBQ sauce

3.Make one thin patty stuff with cheese and chopped bacon and put another patty over it seal together and cook.

That's about it but I'm open to new recipes I heard to put crushed ice (in really small pieces) and then fry them, it keeps them moist. Never tried it. Make 2 thin burgers and put blue cheese in the center, then seal together. I use good beef, a little Lawry's and pepper. And dont mush them as they cook put cavenders on it onion salt and a little garlic mmmmmmmmmm good 1 teaspoon Worcestshire sauce
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
small amount of chopped onion
1 pound of hamburger
