Question:

WOW! Ive just discovered a new taste sensation!?

HONEY!!!
Can u suggest a gorgeous honey for me to try?

Answers: Find a local Bee Keeper and buy your honey from him or her, it always tastes better than the stuff you buy in shops.

An interesting fact is that when you buy Honey in shops it almost always has a best before date on it. This is totally unnecessary as Honey doesn't deteriorate. When Howard Carter opened King Tuts tomb in 1928 he found jars in the tomb that contained thick honey, he tried some on his finger as did others in the party and it was still edible. If you visit the British Museum they have at least one of the jars containing this honey in their vaults. Go to tesco.

loadsas differnt ones

lol
xxxxxxx manuka, from new zealand its very very good for you too I hate honey but I brought some of this to help with my skin and it tastes damn good but is very expensive

manuka honey, available from most health shops Go to a specialty food store and get some Italian chestnut honey, from Tuscany. Try then all until you find a favorite. Heather honey - its strong and has an accquired taste but its great! Its a darker honey too. Heather honey is the best. Hives are put near heather to get the honey. Because it is thicker than other honey it is rather harder to extract, but it is pure and by far the most delicious, and more expensive.

Another honey I like is forest honey.

For me the greek honey is the ultimate - a spoon full of that with the thick creamy Greek yoghurt is aok.

Just a shame I cannot eat honey very often now because I am diabetic. try lemon honey drizzled over icecream
