Does anyone have the recipe for Chili's Queso Dip?
I did google it, but there are many different ones. Has anyone actually tried any of these and which one seems the closest.

Chili's Queso
I got this from the top secret recipes cook book. This is the description of it: "our appetizing cheese dip with seasoned beef, served with warm tostada chips".

16 ounces Velveeta cheese
1 (15 ounce) can hormel no-bean chili
2 teaspoons paprika
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 ground cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Cut the Velveeta into cubes.
Combine the cheese with the remaining ingredients in medium sauce pan over medium heat.
Stir frequently until cheese melts then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minute.
Serve with hot tortilla chips for dipping.
Chili's queso dip
Title: Chili's queso dip

Yield: 1 Servings
1 pk Cream cheese
1 cn Chili
2 c Monterey jack cheese;
-shredded
1 Bag tortilla chips
Cut up cream cheese into small chunks and arrange on bottom of pie
plate. Top with canned chili and then shredded cheese. Cook in
microwave oven until heated through Serve with tortilla chips. Source(s):

Add a can of Rotel and you've got yourself a cheese dip that will win over anybody. so simple and good...just use velveeta and your favorite salsa...melt and stir them together, do not cook or boil, just slowly/gradually melt them together and stir it a couple of times during the process
