Question:

How may I best re-heat leftover pork chops without drying them out?

Answers: Re-heat them in a frying pan on the stove top....add butter and mix some o.j. and jelly (any flavor but grape jelly) then pour the o.j and jelly mix in with the butter add the pork chops cover and re-heat on low till sauce becomes slightly thickend like syrup!!!
Tastes great and keeps them moist!!! Mine never get a chance to be reheated. I will usually eat them cold for breakfast.

Cream of Mushroom is nasty. Just eat them cold. Put them in cream of mushroom soup at med heat in the
oven. Ummm! throw a can of cream of mushroom soup over them and put in oven. they will be moist and very tender. I just put a little moisture in with the chop - water or chicken broth or bbq sauce or wine (depends upon how they were originally prepared) and zap them (covered) on medium power in the microwave.
