Can you freeze Ricotta cheese?!

Question:

Can you freeze Ricotta cheese?

Answers: I buy the biggest size when it's on sale and portion it out. Usually in one pound packs and freeze.
It's a little runny when defrosted so I put it in a collander and drain and use it and you would never know. Yes and no problem I do and have never had a problem using it for lasagna.
