I'm on a special diet for joint pain. The diet is:
*Only white meats (chicken, turkey, fish) no red meats (beef, pork ect.)
*No dairy, with the exception of eggs.
*No whole wheat
*All nuts except peanuts.
*No Fruit.
*EAT ALL VEGGIES! but no, corn, rice, peas, or white potatoes (sweet potatoes are fine)
I'd Love some recipes that can follow what i can and can't eat! Thanks!!!
And i highly recommend this diet for those who are trying to loose weight, i'm not trying to loose weight at all, and i've lost 4 pounds in 5 days!!!
Answers: Eggs aren't dairy and rice isn't a veggie.
Saute up dice boneless/skinless chicken breast in some olive oil and garlic, add in any veggie you like.
Really sounds like an odd diet, why no whole grains. One needs whole grains for fiber. And there is a big difference in nuts. Almonds--unsalted, not roasted, are usually the standard fair for diet, so to speak. I hope you're not eating roasted or salted nuts, no matter what kind they are, otherwise you're just shooting yourself in the foot.
Other than that, no suprise or news here, sounds like basic standard healthy eating. giggle giggle!! you are loosing weight from not eating the fattening things in life!!
But Pork is a white meat?? Eggs are not a dairy product.
