i forgot i was also going to have veggies and some salad That sounds great.

how about a simple side salad, lettuce and tomatoes or a salad mix.

some veggies.

baked potatoes, sweet potatoes

carrots with butter (margarine and brown sugar)

french cut green beans, cook until the water is almost cooked out, add a package of sugar substitute and a little butter (margarine - I like promise butter) Yep. Very good. We often do various things with bags of boneless/skinless chicken breast, you can do so much with them. You can use garlic salt and pepper for seasoning. I like to saute them up in olive oil and garlic. You can put BBQ sauce on them even if you are using a skillet for cooking.

Make a simple sauce with either butter or olive oil and garlic. YUM...when is dinner thats two entrees. you should have the chicken with some potatoes and veggies and tomorrow have the shrimp and noodles with a salad and garlic bread Sounds yummy! For the noodles and shrimp, I would use an alfredo sauce. Good luck! thats a lovely dinner wish u where cooking it for me yum I personally dont think its enough, unless u have alot of the things u said. And the sauce for the noodles can be alfredo. Be careful lil one.

as a matter of fact, if ur gonna have noodles and shrimp (i hope the noodles are pasta) make ur boneless chicken sauteed in the pan with no or little flour. But if you like tomato sauce on ur noodles u can bake or fry the chicken and serve it ontop of the pasta. If you have cheese make chicken parmagene. Yum! Sounds very good. For the shrimp, a scampi sauce should be nice (butter, flour, lemon juice and spices). Don't forget some sort of veggie or salad! Some fresh fruit for dessert would be nice. Don't forget veggies!! Sounds yummy! How about curry powder?? (Sorry I'm not that good with the whole cooking thing. You should ask my mate Fliss. Now THERE'S a future chef!!) I'm hungry now.

I know this sounds gross, but I would actually use A1 Steak sauce as the sauce, or teriaky (sorry about the spelling)! No vegetable? Two proteins and a carb. No veg.

Instead:
Grill the chicken, brushed with olive oil and rosemary, Toss the noodles with chicken stock, fresh chopped herbs, minced garlic, add steamed peas, sliced scallions and diced carrots.

Healthier and tastier.
