Does anyone have a recipe for Kohlrabi?!

Question:

Does anyone have a recipe for Kohlrabi?

Answers: The best way is to start by cooking an onion and some garlic with 1 TBSP butter and 1 TBSP light oil (Olive, Canola, etc.) and then after you see the onion is transluscent (about 5 to 7 minutes) add the kholrabi and let it wilt. It picks up the flavors of whatever you cook with it. Some people put bacon cut into 1 inch pieces in with the onion, you can add mushrooms, wine, carrots or other vegetables as well. Just find a mixture you like and go with it. Enjoy! Cut it thin, light salt and enjoy.

I also put it in stir fry. You could just chop it up and put it in a stew. That is what we usually do. potatoes and cabbage put thru a ricer and mixed with caraway seed sry, idk *kohlrabi and and carrots*
