What could i use to make italian dressing creamier like alfredo?


Answers: You could add sour cream. Or, for something that will add creaminess and less taste, plain Greek-style yogurt. Or regular ol' Dannon should work, too. Be sure to refrigerate whatever you don't eat right away. I would only keep it for about 2-3 days or so... add mayo I would add sour cream to it. A little heaving whipping cream and parmesan cheese should to the trick. Grate the parmesan very finely, and whisk in the heavy whipping until you get the consistency desired. Sour cream or mayo or both.
Unless you are going to serve it warm.
Then I'd make a white sauce and add the italian dressing to it and heat it up.
