How can I give homemade salsa a restaurant quality taste?!

Question:

How can I give homemade salsa a restaurant quality taste?

I am looking for a good salsa recipe and a technique for making it so that it will come out like a salsa found in a great Mexican restaurants. When I make it at home, it just lacks that pizazz...any suggestions?

Answers: 4-5 roma tomatoes
1-2 jalepenos
1/8 cup fresh cilantro
1/4 cup green peppers
1-2 garlic cloves
juice from 1/2 lime
6 green onion (whites only)
2 tbsps apple cider vinegar

combine all ingredients let stand overnight then serve the longer it sits the better I have a relative that makes fresh salsa, now when ever I go into ANY restaurant its always a let down. The keys are FRESH, FRESH, FRESH... fresh tomatos, fresh cilantro, jalepeno...garlic...onion...li... not put canned tomatos in it..geeeeross... you could try a "smidge" of sugar too... good luck and don't grind the tomatos runny, let them be chopped really good.. but not runny... I hate too much heat from the jalepeno can't enjoy any of the other flavors because all I can think about its milk, milk milk to put the flames out.. Hmmmmm, most of the time it's the other way around.
