Answers: Not quite a sauce but a different way of trying them!

Bake spuds, cut in half and scoopm out centres. Mash well with milk or butter if liked, then add a beaten egg and your tuna. I also add chopped onions, chives, herbs, whatever I have around. Pile back iinto the potato halves and bake for another 15 mins or so at high heat. TRY HONEY,ITS LOVELY WITH TUNA. finely chopped red and yellow peppers with chopped onion or celery gives a great crunchy texture and you dont need a sauce as the moisture within the overall mix is enough. I know you said no Mayo but a touch does work wonders with that mix or creme fraiche I dont know the recipie but my mom cooks with with tomato sauce and puts in a few bell (green) peppers it takes great

And just so you know she actually cooks it in a saucepan doesnt just mix it in not normal mayonnaise obviously. Ali oli, which is garlic mayonnaise typical of the valencian region of Spain. Nothing finer, with potatoes, tuna, both, pretty much anything actually. spring onions greek yoghurt tomatoes Yello/red/green Peppers&salt&pepper

greek yoghurt is niiiiiiiiicccccccccceeeeeeeeee... A simple vinaigrette (lemon, vinegar, dill, chives & oil) works very well with both potatoes & tuna. white garlic sauce,it fits perfectly with potatoes and gives something special to the tuna.U boil the chopped garlic in butter and when it starts to change colour add whipped cream let it boil for 7-10 minutes then add just a little bit red pepper an belissimo lemon juice I like to fry onions, mushrooms and then add a can of mushroom soup, the campbells condensed soup is best along with the tuna, some sweetcorn and a little grated cheese, then top your jacket potato with that, it's yummy!! make a basic white sauce, add a cooked mixture of sweetcorn, onions, peppers and then add tuna. serve with grated cheese on top. I think maybe some sour cream mixed with your basic spices: garlic powder, smidge of salt, lots of pepper, onion powder or actual chopped onions, whatever your fav spices are. I think that would be different and tasty! Honey Mustard Sauce. Go to food network as they have many recipes.
