Does anyone have the recipe for the Weightwatcher's no-points soup?
Answers: 2 mediumcarrots sliced
small onion diced
2 garlic cloves minced
500 ml stock made from cubes and water
1/2 small cabbage shrredded
100g green beans
1tbpntomato puree
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 courgette diced
Spray large sdaucepan with low fat cooking spray, heat. Saute carrots onion and garlic over low heat until softened about 5 mins. Add stock cabbage beans tomato puree basil oregano and salt; bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for about 15 mins. Stir in courgette and heat for 3 - 4 mins. Serve hot.

Tin chopped tomatoes
Vegetable stock
Tomatoes Puree

Prepare all the veg put in large saucepan make enough veg stock to cover the veg, about 400ml, simmer gently for about 20-30 mins, add dried herbs and tom puree and blend with a hand blender until desired consistancy, add more water if needed. You can use loads of different veg in this its a great way of using up old veg. 2 medium garlic clove(s), minced

1/4 tsp black pepper, or to taste
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice, optional
Instructions
Put garlic, vegetables, thyme and broth into a large soup pot. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat; reduce heat to low and simmer, partly covered, about 10 minutes.
Stir in parsley or chives; season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Yields about 1 cup per serving.
Notes
If you like thick soups, consider pureeing this recipe in the pot with an immersion blender. Simply get a bag of soup veg and cook it in a bit of stock either chicken or veg, delicious no points soup. boil any veg with a veg stock cube untill veg tender then add tin of tomamotes and if liked smooth blitz or else leave chunky both ways are good
