What is the the most original recipe you've created yourself?!

Question:

What is the the most original recipe you've created yourself?

I sauteed salmon and cut up yellow and orange bellpeppers with onion and parsley. Well, I chopped it all up nice and sauteed the vegetables and served it with rice.
It sounds simple but I was proud because I didn't use a recipe and it was delish.

Answers: I made a scallion vinagarette and sliced some fresh avacados and topped this on a broiled piece of salmon. I served it to my room mate, and she begged for it again and again. I have served it over and over and each time people say I need to enter it into a cooking contest. Someday I guess I will... dis izn't cookin' bu' i make lemonlime juice and itz good My cheesecake is to die for! Unfortunately, I never give out the recipe because many people have tried to steal it and make money for themselves with it. When I was a kid, I loved Campbell's Scotch Broth soup (lamb and barley), but it tastes horrible to me now (my tastes have changed), so I decided to try to make it from scratch. It turned out great. I took lamb shoulder chops and cut off the meat, and simmered the bones and fat with all of the soggy (but not quite bad) vegetables from my fridge (all night). In the morning, I put it in the fridge and soaked some hulled barley. When I got home, I strained the broth, added the lamb meat, the barly, some mushrooms, a diced rutebega and lots of fresh pepper, and in two hours, I had the best soup I ever tasted. I wish I'd kept track of what I put in it . . . I was low on funds and had only some shrimp, rice and cream of mushroom soup. I had all my spices, of course. I sauteed the shrimp with olive oil and garlic powder and some onions. Then I covered them with the cream of mushroom soup and served over rice. It kinda looked gross but tasted almost like cream gravy on the rice. Not likely to make again but in a pinch, quite tasty. Hubby liked it and there weren't any leftovers!!! Seafood Soup
