Question:

YUMMY AND HEALtHY BREAKFAST IDEAS! CLICK HERE EVERYONE! =) !?

anyone have a light, healthy, and delicious recipe for breakfast that i could make tomorrow morning? i like eggs, milk, fruit, anything really. nothing too heavy though, but something that will keep me full. i eat breakfast at about 5 or 6 and have lunch at about 12 30. (SCHOOL TIMING) recipes, or ideas welcome and appreciated, please!! =)

Answers: Make an egg pancake!!! Mix in some oatmeal (cooked before) or rice bran or some sort of bran into the eggs that are already cooking on the stove and let it sit until it is settled on one side and then flip...and when done, top with some syrup...honeslty its not tooo heavy! (use eggwhites only if you want it lighter!!) Thomas's Cinnamon Bagel with cinnamon swirl cream cheese on it.
I get full with just a half of a bagel.
Juice to wash it down. BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

18 eggs
2 lbs hot ground sausage
2 small cans green chiles
shredded cheddar cheese

Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick spray. Brown sausage with green chiles. Drain.
Scramble, in a bowl, all 18 eggs. Pour a little more than half the eggs into the cake pan. Layer sausage on the eggs. Layer as much cheese as you want on top of the sausage. Pour the rest of the eggs over the top.

Bake at 350F degrees until the top is brown and the eggs are cooked.

This is great for the Atkins diet. This can be cooked in a sealable pan, placed in the refrigerator and then cut a piece every morning for breakfast.

It's great re-heated!!!! Enjoy!

Note: You can reduce the size of this recipe by using the ingredients list below instead of those above:

9 eggs
1 lb. hot ground sausage
1 small can green chiles
shredded cheddar cheese toast bacon eggs mmmmmmm well you could get a nice slim fast breakfast or a nice fruit cup, or maybe a muffin thats nice and warm trust me it feels good in the morning. Try low fat cottage cheese, add several fruits, sliced bananas, sliced strawberries, and some blueberries.
