What's the best baking tip you have?!

Question:

What's the best baking tip you have?

Answers: Watch your mixing. When baking, most things are easily over-mixed and that's why most people, even when using a cake mix, end up with a chewy or tough product. Even if your batter looks lumpy after the recommended mixing time, stop. Chances are it's supposed to look that way.
