Leftover Cooked Fish - freeze or refrigerate it?


I plan to eat it within 3-4 days. The fish will be fully cooked.
Fish such as salmon, tilapia, and turbo fillets.

Will it taste better if I freeze it or refrigerate it?


Answers: If you won't eat it for 4 days, freeze it. You should eat fish within 48 hours after cooking it. Trust me. You don't want to get sick from it or you may never eat fish again. Freeze it I'd freeze in with a day or so. Refridgerate would be better, if you freeze it, it might become soggy once defrosted
