Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Answers: It will be more tender if you rub it down with mustard and honey, cover it tight with foil and cook it for about 4-5 hours at 200-250 degrees. 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350, 30-35 mins per pond. Check in the center after an hour. 350 degrees about 2 hours. Roast in 325 oven for 1 1/4 hours to 1 3/4 hours or until fork tender. 350F degrees and 50 minutes = 20 minutes per pound plus 20 minutes more or until 170 degrees Go to http://www.toadsqueezer.com !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
