I've just bought a Tagine by Le Creuset....?!

Question:

I've just bought a Tagine by Le Creuset....?

... any tips on how to use it before I begin? Is it ok to use with Morroccan recipes?

Answers: Traditional ones need to be cured, but Le Creuset usually sells enameled ready-to-go stuff. Read the instructions that came with it.

As far as being okay to use with Morroccan recipes, that's what it's made for. Heck, it's a Morroccan Tagine - that's its purpose in life.

Double check your instructions, but I'm pretty sure that short of a quick rinse in light soapy water, you can just use it straight.
