I had to omit some of the ingredients but this should taste ok.
Rice pudding
3 3/4 cups cooked white rice
1 cup sugar
4 1/2 cups milk, divided
1 tablespoon butter/oil

1. In a large saucepan, combine cooked rice, sugar, 4 cups of the milk. Cook over medium heat until thick and creamy, stirring periodically. This should take 10-20 minutes.
2. Stir in remaining 1/2 cup milk.
3. Cook for an additional two minutes or so, stirring constantly.
4. Remove from heat and stir in oil.
5. Cool, for a bit, then eat. Sprinkle extra sugar if desired.

Edit - Well I'm Australian so go the 'Aussie' way! Use the rice, milk and sugar to make a rice pudding. While it's in the oven, make a cheese sandwich... cheesy rice
